Daniel, a senior at Auburn High School, has stood out by his outstanding efforts on the court, in the classroom, and in his community. He has played basketball since he was 4, and has been a varsity player for his junior and senior years, as well as being a team leader and top defender. Daniel has also been assistant coach for the Issaquah Select basketball team, and was a member of the WIAA State 2009 Basketball Team. In the classroom, Daniel has maintained a grade point average above a 3.0, and has been highly involved in various extracurricular activities outside of basketball. He has been a member of Troy Crew, a club that helps new students in their initial time at Auburn, as a team leader and representative to the incoming class.
